• Ashabaree is not a medically assisted living unit for Ailing Elders.

• The applicant must be an elder above 60 years of age from a higher middle-income group or middle-income group.

• Must be mentally and physically fit stable & alert and able to do all personal work without any external assistance.

• Must submit the duly filled-up Application form for approval of Ashabaree. If approved by Ashabaree applicant must execute the permanent living agreement with Ashabaree along with a security deposit etc. before starting to live in Ashabaree.

• Shall follow all rules, regulations, routines, discipline payment schedules, etc. of Ashabaree.

• There is a standard monthly living charge payable in advance by each resident for single & double rooms.

• Security Deposit refundable 90% (without interest) but after adjustment of dues/defaults if any at the time of final settlemet only, to the resident or to the nominee.
